"Promoting education and training for water technicians has been a source of challenge, innovation and development for global societies.  By 2020 as many as 2 out of 3 people around the globe will live with water scarcity."     - UNESCO-UNEVOC

As a member of The Water Council, we are taking on this global challenge joining with the ecosystem of solution providers at the Global Water Center.  Partnering with FESTO-Didactic we are deploying quick turnaround workforce development solution for professionals through practical, hands-on training, engineering services for delivering appropriate cost effective solutions for water management for communities and extending services for applied research to the water processing industry.

NEW Works Mission: Train professionals, accelerate technology transfer and transform communities using appropriate technologies for water management.

NEW Works is establishing for industrial, municipal, research and educational organizations working in the water industry a learning-doing-networking consortium.  This annual membership assures access to continuous and regular learning opportunities for people in your organization and the value chain.

Establishment of NEW Works was made possible by winning a place in the BREW in 2013, the Business Accelerator program of The Water Council supported by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.  Learn more about The BREW here
